Well, I'll be the first to chime in. Mel and I hit the ground running, with a great meeting in her studio space in Waterford. Our discussion ran the gamut between technical and theoretical, hardware and software, past work and future projects. Just the tip of the iceberg, from what I can tell.

What most of us miss most about being in an academic setting is the feedback and company of artists, so I hope this will become a place where we can all feel comfortable posting images of work we are creating and give each other feedback.

The goal of this blog is to create living documentation of MARN's 2007-2008 Mentor/Mentee experience and create a tight-knit community of artists discussing their experiences throughout that process.
